Finally, after a month without a drop of precipitation, it rained a bit overnight and was sprinkling as we came home from our walk this morning. It hasn’t exactly poured, but at least the soil is getting damp. John had to go to work for a couple of hours today so we didn't make any big plans for our Saturday afternoon.
